Contracted care staff on a minimum term, the fee of £11.50 P/H is discount based on a average hours available of 40 per week.
Most contractors are supplied on a 12 months temp-to-perms basis, after the 12 months the contractor will choose to stay with you or move on.
If the contractor chooses to stay with you they will need to become an employee of yours.
If you take a contractor after 1 years of continuous service, there will be no transfer fee.
Standard charge applied covers 7 day per week, standard bank holidays are charge at time and half and Christmas and New Year’s Day are charge at Double.
We expect you to assist in continuous professional development and participation in NVQ witness statement.
